Our story begins with the search for health.
For over 10 years I suffered from an extremely low immune system. My white blood count was alarmingly low. My family physician and natural path could not figure out why. During my yoga journey, I learned all about the benefits of drinking kombucha. I tried the store-bought varieties but always knew that they were flavored with sugar and not really what I was wanting. I have a food science degree and a love of good quality food and cooking. I decided to learn how to make kombucha myself and to make it different and more special than any other kombucha.
I use healing crystals, mantras and sound bowls in every step of the fermentation process. This creates an incredibly high vibrational healing energy. We make the kombucha in a certified commercial kitchen. I started drinking my kombucha everyday and 3 months later I went for another blood test. The results came back and my doctor called to tell me that my white blood count was through the roof good!! She asked what I had changed – and the only thing I changed was drinking my special kombucha every day! My energy was back and I felt healthier than ever. It’s truly amazing what good gut health does to your mind, body and spirit!
This is when Soul Booch was born!
I wanted to share these benefits with my family and friends. When my neighbors and yogi friends started asking for some, the beautiful community grew. Customers kept telling me the amazing benefits they were also getting from Soul Booch. Increased energy, weight loss, improved digestion, brain fog cleared, concentration increased, better bowels, better mood, better memory…and the list goes on and on! This is what feeds my soul. I am grateful to my husband and two daughters for being a huge support in making my dream of providing kombucha for my community come true.
